This is an e bay deal? I would never buy anything on ebay for more than
you can afford to lose. How many people do you think are out there
for a processor that expensive that is also somewhat obsolete?????? Remember 92 per cent of people want a surround sound receiver not
seperates.
I would pass on this. I got a very nice processor LMC-1 processor from Emotiva at their website....at about 1/3 the price plus it has a Zone 2
amp built in. Tech support is excellent.

I have the Emotiva processor and it has three HDMI inputs with an outboard
unit they include. There is nothing that my product is lacking. I saw their equipment at a Hi-Fi show in Clearwater Beach, Florida a few months back that was put on by Audioholics. Given you buy the products direct from the mfg. you are not paying the 50% margin that retailers get to re-sell the product. They offer a money back guarantee. If it does not meet your expectations, they will take it back without a restocking charge.
