I've got a Pioneer Plasma, Panasonic Plasma and an LCD... guess which one is in the guest bedroom, and not the living room or theater? Yup, the LCD...

I prefer LCD,I know plasma plays blacks better but here that extra heat is not worth the extra black level to me
