Help me decide...Plasma/LCD-LED

Hello everyone
Found me a lg 37le5300. It'll fit the whole with less than a 1/4 inch on each side. Will wait for prices to dip below 700. Price is a factor for me. I'll be back for some more interesting reading.

After looking into all the options I think i am going with the Panisonic Plasma 50 inch TC-P50G20. Right now I have the 42 and when looking at the 42 inch and the 46 inch there is not much size difference, the 50 bigger but not too big for the small room I have. The Plasma picture also seems to be a bit more realistic and the overall colors seems more real. The LED is crisp but the colors matter too.

I would stay with plasma. I own a 60 inch Pioneer Elite unit and no LCD comes close to it. I don't think many LCDs are there yet in terms of black levels and viewing angle. At the end it's your personal preference but as far as I've been able to compare, I've never seen an LCD come close to plasma. And I am more than willing to switch as LCDs are lighter and use a lot less energy which are important factors. So I don't think I am biased, just think LCDs are too bright and don't produce natural colors
