samsung LN40A-540 , Any good?

Found a sammy 40" lcd LN40A-540 that retailer is willing to sell for 799 in alberta. havent seen any 1080p that cheap but its only 60hz, My question is... should I scoop this one for my home theater or wait for prices to come down on 120hz models? Dont know much about tvs , I have a hitachi 46" rear projection now and want a digital for my new reciever and theater I am building. Only thing is I have to pick it up tonight!!!!

YES! I bought an 40LNA500 (1080p & 20,000 to 1 contrast) for only $799 at Thanksgiving and the picture is "spectacular". Colors really "pop" and it has very deep blacks. It BLOW AWAY your old Hitachi set!
Picture set way too bright OUT OF THE BOX, so I suggest go to your settings in picture mode: DYNAMIC, lower the backlight to "6", lower brightness to "30", with contrast at "90", drop sharpness to "10", and set color at "55" and you will have an AWESOME picture! Don't forget to use HDMI cable (CHEAPEST you can find works the same as fancy). Enjoy!
