When talking with kennyt, see below, I mentioned, when thinking about the whole bike mess, it reminded me of people that are not sensitive, or mean to animals. Both are bad, tryin to run over motorcyclists, bikers, or abusing pets. If you watch Animal planet, you1ll see what I mean.

what a great ride yesterday!120 km at the average speed of 30km per hour, for us old guys its not bad at all,since the average age of our group is 40 years old...
we did a small race in the mountain with other guys and was realy great.

Cycling is realy a great sport for body and mind...

I alway ride solo so my avg is around 15mph if i'm lucky. I'm leaving right now to do 40 miles. My avg age is 55.

i have some friends in my group that are 65 years old and they still race at the veterans,
the last race they did was 2 weeks ago was 95 km at the avg speed was 38 km.
