Rehab is slow and painful, I am going to try to start swimming soon as my mobility improves, some friends and I are trying to make a bike tour from Venice Italy to Lbojnerhghirw;tuhghw (can't remember the spelling) for April, so I need to start riding seriously again ASAP!

congratulations to all americans for the eight gold medals of mr Phelps,he´s really something else.
he is in vacations in Algarve,south of Portugal. we just got a silver medal and a gold medal...our athetles almost have no suport at all from the goverment...in Portugal,soccer is all that matters and we cant win nothing. |
