congratulations to carlos sastre for the tour de france win...what a great tour.
cadel evans has to try the vuelta 2008,or the next tour in 2009...with contador will be a lot difficult to win...lets see what happens. |

I developed a frozen shoulder and haven't ridden in a month........
Thanks for reminding me I need to get back to it as my shoulder rehab is coming along now.

hope you get well soon...i´ve been doing great rides,but now is very windy in Portugal and sometimes it´s almost impossible to ride.

Rehab is slow and painful, I am going to try to start swimming soon as my mobility improves, some friends and I are trying to make a bike tour from Venice Italy to Lbojnerhghirw;tuhghw (can't remember the spelling) for April, so I need to start riding seriously again ASAP!
