All this from a 14 year old Toyota platform with a measly 6-cylinder!  This is the current world record for the standing mile - beating several twin turbo Vipers, a twin turbo Ford GT as well as a smattering of modded 911 TT's. Beware... these types are known to prowl the streets. Muhahaha |

There are a few different classes including unlimited street and unlimited race.
This year an unlimited street car beat the unlimited race car (the TT Viper). Here is a link to the sanctioning body - and the results of last year. The latest results haven't been updated. http://www.texasmile.com/200automobiles.asp |
