The rock crawler is awesome! I am sure I will break all kinds of new and different parts with this one! With the gearing as low as I went the thing has so much torque it will spin the hubs of the wheels over the axle nuts if a wheel is stuck! I guess I successfully locked the diffs...

So far it's running the stock motor from the HPI Wheelie King, I doubt it's brushless. I ran the gears down to a 15/96 so I seem to do pretty well with the stock one for now.
As far as battery life, you tend to run it pretty slow so I was surprised how long a 3000mAh pack lasted, I am not even sure I'll worry about that.
