Thumbs up Journey to the Center of the Earth

I have now seen this on the traditional standard movie screen and in digital 3D. I really liked this movie in 3D. I would have liked to have seen more monsters, but besides that, I thought it was good - it made me want to read the Jules Verne book. I would definitely recommend seeing it over a few other new movies that have come out this summer.

Thumbs up Re: Journey to the Center of the Earth

Agree....only saw it in 3d, and thats what made it.
They left a mention of a later trip to find Atlantis as a sequel.
Now only if they did the new Mummy also in 3d....

Thought the initial 3d previews sort of took away some of the magic.

We showed up early to get good center seats, didn't know how good it would be if off to the side.

You are thinking about the red/blue glasses set-up. The new Dolby Digital 3D is much better.
