So, Ken, which of these from your article did you buy?
Or, do you own all of them, and this article was a showcase your personal collection? Watching the slideshow, I really liked the last 2 the best. Then I read the article and saw prices. . . I am surprised that the Krone Tyrannosaurus Rex Rose Gold Fountain Pen did not have some amber on it. . . w/ all the fossils, I thought maybe the end cap could have had some. |

I sent your article to a friend that has a nice collection of fine writing instruments, and he said, "Mont Blanc is the Bose of writing instruments." which made me laugh. I thought I was the only one that had problems with them.

I like the MB I included, a really good friend uses this daily and it has a great feel to it. the T-Rex is so off the hook I had to include it! I see what you mean about the amber, would go well, but when you already have carved mammoth teeth and the tooth of a T-Rex in the pen, what does some amber add??

I do own the Cross pen, which I got from a friend when I graduated Medical School, I would love to own the JP Lepine pen, and really want to own his watch!! I also do own the G2 Sensa pen, but that is where I draw the line....
In my trade (anesthesiology) I want a pen that I don't care about so I can throw it out when it gets blood on it (I actually had my favorite pen, the PaperMate Write brothers as the first in the set, but it got edited out......)
