I use Songbird. I used to use Amarok but in the rewrite to version 2 they screwed up the interface and now it's not usable.

I use a 160 GB iPod with a Wadia transport - all files in AIFF uncompressed, sounds very nice.

BTW- this is my first post!!!

I'm using a 16GB Cowon D2. While the touchscreen interface is half-baked, the sound quality is excellent. It plays WAV, MP3, FLAC, WMA files without a hiccup.
