I think you mean Chic unless this condo is in Dubai...
Speaking of Dubai - I was told that dubai is a booming home theater market. Tons of new construction. More cranes there than anywhere in the world. Makes me want to buy a Prius...

Chic... Did you see the indoor ski slope they built there?? I love my cars, but you are right, when I see the gross excess of funds in that part of the world I want to burn biodeisel!
