Located in the "Bird Streets" section of West Hollywood - this house was purposefully built for the person who has everything in life but a house in LA. Literally - move in with a tooth brush and your clothes as the bar is stocked, the art is on the wall and the theater is ready to rock.

Does this house make you want to move to LA?

It amazes me the high dollar spec homes being made these days. Recently just south of me a developer built a 200+ home spec development 18 miles to the beach with no home under $2 Mill!!!

Well, he started it before the Florida market took a hit, don't know how he's doing with it, but damn! $11 Mill on spec??? I'd think if you have that kind of cash, you might want it to be made for you!

I couldn't imagine living in that. Way too cold and business-office like for my tastes.

Give me a nice mountain chalet log-home with a huge fireplace and a hot-tub on the deck.

Do not like it. Looks more like a house you go view for a museum. Definitely does not feel like home. The wood floors are beautiful, plasmas look great, bedroom is okay.......

But, its too modern. Too something..................... Wasted money.
And kennyt is right, with all that capital, you can very easy have it built from the ground up. And, all the speakers are in - wall? No No No........ Not a house that loves equipment!!
