Downloads are nice but when are they going to have a Blu-ray drive.

Kaldescape is the BEST convergence component but at its price and in SD - I can't bring myself to buy it.

If I see what I want at CEDIA - I might pop for it.

I know TOO MANY people who just LOVE their Kalidescape system for music and movies. For me - I will NOT watch a movie in SD in my theater. Call me a snob if you must.

I passed on it as well Blu Ray is the future, also get ready to pay $1400 for 1GB of hard drive and $4500 for a Blu Ray player that is in addition to the $17,000 system for movies if you want music it's an other $5,000!!

All this for a movie server it's a bit expensive I agree I had the opportunity to get one used for $10,000 and I passed as I thought it was still way to pricey.

A 1GB hard drive cost $249 not $1400? A decent Blu Ray player is $500.
