It was ****ing righetous!!!!
I am about to open one of my three last bottles of Raumbaurer 2004 chard. It does best in a Ridel bordeau glass (big with a tapered top) But I am sucked into Stawrberry Fileds Forever and the woofer is pulling the deep notes on the strings and making me NOT want to leave my dimly lit room and my geek sesion.

Welcme to the jungle baby - you are going die.
It is like 10x louder and better sounding in my room than at Staples Center. They use Bose I'll take Revel thank you very much....The separation was better with the more acoustic beatles music. Is that a drip of blood from my ear canal or is my batery just running out on my laptop? Hard to tell...

I'm impressed, or surprised, that Jerry and other audiophiles on this site actually listen to GnR and other hard rock/metal. I love it myself, but a lot of the audiophile magazines etc. usually refer to classical music.
I myself enjoy hearing the purity of a good voice through a great system, but real world music/movies is what I spend most of my time listening to. It's nice to hear from some audio geeks that are more like me!!! |
