The return of the Martin Logan CLS

Some of you may or may not be aware but Martin Logan is moving ahead and will be releasing a new, full range, electrostatic loudspeaker called the CLX. While I haven't seen the CLX yet I was told by sources inside ML that it is coming and coming soon.

In fact all of ML's new subwoofers have a special crossover setting called CLX (you can see it for yourself now) to take advantage of this sure to be amazing new speaker. No price has been set and when I tried to buy the first pair off the line at CEDIA sight unseen they wouldn't do it. I handed them my credit card and pleaded with them to make it so, but no dice.

Trust me, I will keep you all posted. The greatest speaker in the world (feel free to debate this) is about to get a whole lot better!

I was there, Andrew truly did offer to buy the first pair, and their subs, at least the better ones, do have a switch for the new CLX's.

Amazingly Andrew didn't do his 'happy dance' for them....

My feet hurt to much to do the 'happy dance.' Trust me, if I could've done the dance for any product at CEDIA it would've been for the CLX's. To bad I didn't cross paths with the folks at ML sooner.
