I am looking for a in-ceiling speaker, and I have found a deal on the Yamaha NS-IW480CWH 3-Way in-ceiling speaker for $99:

Do you have any experience with it? Will it be easy for install?

If you buy good quality in wall or ceiling speakers from a reputable company and there is a way to wire them you should have no problems because surround speakers are not for critical listening.

B&W Signature 7NT $1,600.00 Pair! I know they're hard to find discounted but not impossible.

Only two,

The rest are three B&W 802D, (L,C,R) and two B&W 802 (SR, SL) and JL Audio Fathom F113 sub total 7.1 system that can take down the walls :)
