Tweeter closing out, worth deals??

hi folks,

I was looking around and found that tweeter is going out of business and had some good deals...wanted to share this and get your opinion on some speakers.

My price cap is $2500 for the entire setup of Audio part.
Here are couple of speakers I would like to get your inputs on....these are for my Home Theater in the basement. worth even to consider?

They went out of business in Dallas/Ft. Worth last year.
They had really good deals on everything.
I ended up getting lots of extra interconnect and Y-cables (70% - 80% off).
They will probably deal with you since they are most likely looking to dump inventory.
Some things I thought too long on, and lost my opportunity to buy.
