What is the longest run for HDMI? - Page 2

I'm considering going HDMI over CAT5, as I have a few spare CAT5s in my run. Is there any signal degradation with these balun setups, or is the digital integrity of the signal maintained? Any HDCP handshake issues?

How long are your runs? CAT5 cable is limited to 100Meter (330 feet), but CAT6 is better than CAT5, but sorry dont know if this is better than HDMI, or if handshake issues.
