Hey i need software that allows me and developer to easily add access to digital vide capture cards and cameras in my applications?

Hey, friend. You should convert the HD video to MP4 for playing on iPad. I often use the Kvisoft Video Converter to do it for playing on my iPad. Thanks. I hope it can help you.
