Angry Toshiba Leaves Town Without Forwarding Address

I sent in to Toshiba for my 5 free HD-HVDs on 01/09/08. My letter was returned today undeliverable and with no forwarding address. I am not happy. Does anyone have another address besides:

Toshiba and Microsoft 5 Free HD DVD Offer
P.O. Box 430931
El Paso, TX 88543-0931

You have it correct but the P O Box and the zip code.

The P O box is 420503 ad the ZIP code is 88543-0503

I just bought the A30 on the last day of the HD offer .

Hopefully mine will not be sent back.

Good luck

Thanks for the new address. The address I used was right off the form. I double-checked. They must have changed the P.O. Box and for some reason my submission wasn't forwarded. I put it back in the mail with the new address. Fortunately, we have until 03/31/08 to file. I hope the HD-DVDs (none of which I want to keep) haven't lost all their value on eBay by the time I receive them.

Toshiba does need to do a better job of customer service.

I think they're too busy licking their wounds. I'm not sure customer service regarding
HD-DVD is currently one of their priorities!

I still have not received my free HD DVDs I had sent off for in December.
I have forgotten what I picked. If they ever do show up, I'll probably have duplicates since I've been buying a lot at the sales lately.
