I saw the Toshiba HD-D3 at Sam's last night for ~$128. I am waiting to see the price drop more on players so that I can get a back up player or just one for the office. It has definitely got to be one that supports 1080p.

The Costco where I live has it priced at $79.95 including 7 free movies!
