New modified oppo D93H player
 

I received my new unit from ASi Teknologies today and I did a preliminary set up and put in a disc. The audio and video are excellent period.
I can't compare it with an unmodified unit but I'm very pleased and thats all that counts.
This unit definitely is a big step up from my pioneer elite dvd 59 avi unit which happens to be an excellent player. This will definitely tide me over until oppo offers a bluray player.
The next replacement will be a new prepro but I'll wait for the next CES and see whats new. One of the bennies living in Vegas is SEMA and CES!

I think you'll see the new pre/pro's first @ CEDIA, they need to break ASAP to catch up to the feature set of receivers.

Thank you. I would like to try to make that. I`ve never been and always wanted to go, and, my birthday is September 11th. That would be a great gift to myself.
