I missed the Sony booth, but I also forgot the new Bang and Olufsen was showing some new auto calibrating plasma displays and they allow for total system integration with a super cute remote. When paired with an all B&O system, they can make for a very simple 5.1 system with very good sound and picture!

I was entirely unimpressed with Sony and their TV lineup.

The lack of SXRD was glaring and all their new TVs showed exactly why Sony has fallen from the top in TV sales.

Samsung LCDs blew away the PQ of the Sony units and Vizio was very comparable and obviously much better priced. Toshiba had better LCD units!

I still think LCD LED and the future Plasma technologies (pure black and 9mm) may well be the future.

Vizio hasn't gone from a start up to the #1 maker of panels for no reason.

These guys are doing quality video at real world prices! I already own one of their sets, and will likely put another in my bedroom once they get a larger 1080p LCD with motion flow.....
