Default hdmi over cat 5/6

Hello i have a friend who owns a bar, he just bought it and plans to run new flat screens through out... but we are trying to figure out the way to save the most money in order ot get a decent picture.. we have found these wall plates online that say if you run 2 cat 5e or cat 6 cables and then they punch down right on the back of the plates.. without having to have the baluns, has anyone used these plates or had any success with them? and is cat6 really nessecary? the longest run is 63 feet most average 30

I use these HDMI Plus IR Repeater Over Cat5 Wall Plates ( http://www.uniqueproductsonline.com/hdplirreovca.html ) and they work very well. Price is $65 for both ends and requires 2 cat 5e or 6 cables with male ends on them. In addition to the HDMI video they also will work as IR repeaters.

if you decide you need Cat5e or Cat6 check out kmythwholesale(dot)com/resellers and register a company name with them. Then you can get their wholesale pricing on cables. 75$ for solid copper cat6 1000ft and $59 per 1000 cat5e solid copper. Check it out
