Mpingo Discs - a viable solution or voodoo

You think I am kidding you - but people BELIVE in these discs.

WAY back in the day, the head of Shun Mook Audio wanted to fly down and do a demonstration in my old apartment in LA to show me the effect of te discs. I passed but to this day I am compelled by the Mpingo discs.

Have you ever tried them?

Is this the most black magic in the AV industry?

I have been so damn busy at work lately I haven't listened to my system in days!

I am not a huge tweak guy, but that can change!

I wasn't a cable or power cord guy back in the day, but clearly am now....

Maybe it is black magic Jerry, I don`t know!! But, back when Absolute Sound and Stereophile were paperback mags, Harry talked about these discs and other ones that supposedly would transform your whole experience.

But, I must say, I was always very skeptical of this stuff. And now, with people like Rives Audio out there, Audussey EQ, it really makes me wonder how viable these discs and tweaks were? Plus, I`m not a tweaker either. After you have done everything else, lets listen to music!!
