What is the best Blu-ray Demo Disc? Any good Blu-ray discs for 7.1 Dolby TrueHD soundtracks?

I don't think I have seen any discs with Dolby True HD or DTS Master etc...

I hate to say it but Click is the best looking Blu-ray I have seen. The film was not shot on film and it used the Sony-Panavision cameras which make it much more like an HD sporting event than a grainy film. I like the light on it although the movie is pretty lame.

The most impressive I saw it was on the Sony lot on the Cine-Alta 4k projector. They did a press event that was awesome. They could split the DVD-BR on the screen at the same time. The 480p looked like you needed a new perscroption for your glasses.

I find X-men:II and both the Pirates of the Carribbean to be amazing demo's. I especially love that I can easily A-B the Blu-ray or DMC to the SD DVD. Really gets folks to appreciate the new formats.
