ASUS O!Play - TV HD Media Player
 

hello all,

thinking about getting one of these for the bedroom. I have a hard drive that plays thur the oppo bdp83 in the living room. anyone have this media player?

No I don't. I have not heard of it until your post. I have ordered one and will report back after I get it. At $99 from amazon with free shipping, it may be just what I've been looking for. Thanks for the info.

I got mine in and connected. I must say I'm pretty impressed with it so far. I connected a USB drive that had several different file types and formats on it and they all played just fine. I also connected it to my LAN and attached to my network drive. LAN setup was very easy and straightforward. Would recommend.

Is there any other issue you want to know in particular?

I also want to have one media player like this in the bedroom and I have intention of buying one. You can tell me the place that sells it with the cheap price? Thanks so much

The Asus is cheaper, but the WDTV live is more popular than the Asus
