Best Blu-ray demo disc?

I found Disney Ratatouille is one of the best demo disc for cartoon stuff. I use X Men III for real world imagery, but what discs are you using for audio and video?

The Sony Store I went to today was using a PS3 and playing Ratatouille to show off the OLED 11" screen. I am trying to get my hands on a Dolby Blu-Ray disc that my Halcro rep. brought with him that had its menu playing it 7.1 which was very helpful for setting up, and doing demos of 7.1. Also, Stealth on Blu-ray was very good for demonstrating uncompressed multi-channel PCM.

elton john 60 aniversary concert in br,jazz legends with Ransey lewis,vertical limit and disturbia are my favorites br discs for demos...
