Getting hd-dvd movies to Blu-Ray

What does it take to get the hd-dvd movies on Blu-Ray?
Is a HD master the same for both formats or will new Blu-Ray masters need to be done?

I'm hoping Batman begins, King Kong, Grand Prix & other hd-dvd exclusives are released on Blu-Ray soon.

Batman Begins, King Kong, are my favorites. Right now though, Toshiba does not seem interested in making any moves to help those that chose their format.

I T]think it is a different mastering process, and it involves an additional fee for mastering (this HD DVD had an advantage on) but since they are already set for 1080p, it should be to difficult.
