It would be sad if Netflix does stop renting HD DVD. We use Netflix for renting current and not so current movies. It would be a shame if they even dumped HD DVD titles they already have. After all, HD DVD is still way better to watch than DVD.

I just got the email today, come March they will swap out SD DVD's for those in your cue, and will not be buying new or replacing old HD DVD's.

With no competing format in HD DVD - expect Blu-ray to do whatever they want.

The truth is - they have to beat DVD and downloads next which is likely a bigger foe
