has anyone received their blu-rays from the 5 free disc offer?
 

I saw a mail in rebate in Wired Magazine for 5 free discs if you buy a blu-ray player. Has anyone sent this offer in and got their discs yet?

I got both my five free HD DVD's and Blu-rays. The HD DVD's took forever, the Blu-rays came much quicker.

I should get 20 discs!!!!
 

I have bought a TON of players - I should get 20 discs.

I need to go out to Best Buy and buy some new titles. My wife rents them from Netflix but I need more demo discs at home. EVERY movie comes through the office but does the boss get to go home with them? NOOOOOOOOOoooooooo.... I get screwed over. It sucks to be me... :)

Go to Amazon.com. If you buy three HD discs (HD DVD or Blu-ray) at one time, then all your HD disc purchases for the next year are 10% off, add in free shipping, no tax (for me) and a far better price than BB will give you and you'll save like dollars!

That's a great tip.

I always seem to have problems with finding an entire list of blu-ray or HDDVDs on Amazon thus I have to know what I want going in. Sometimes its nice to just browse.

Just go to Amazon and search fro Blu-ray or HD DVD and limit the search to DVD's, you will have to scan all current titles, but it's a ghreat way to find out what you may have missed, and buy them, I just went aon a binge and ordered Deep Purple and Yes @ Montreux, MP Life of Brian (All HD DVD) and a bunch of Blu-rays as well, they usually cost me ~ $18 to my door from them as well, so about the same as a regualr SD DVD.
