That's news to me, although I know something about my full time job's ISP is somehow connected with the UK. (Google.com comes up as google.co.uk in our building.)

I could always post when I get home from work which should show a Thousand Oaks ip address, or from my iphone right now, although I don't know how AT&T parses out IPs.
