I have this player and it is awesome!!!! With their CUSTOMER SUPPORT it is a bargain and upgrade DVD picture is fantastic.Sony and Panasonic are their CUST. SUPPORT as good as OPPO ?I doubt they are and the price of the OPPO is the best for all it offers.Please try one and then tell us your opinion.

I do believe that it is mentioned that it does support the PAL format as well as NTSC.But with several other DVD players on the market,in for the DVD player to be region free,isn't it a simple matter of pressing a couple of numbers on the remote in order to make the DVD player region free.
