Hey Wes, sorry if that comment sounded harsh, it wasn't meant to. Plus, 90% or more of the things that get shown at CEDIA aren't even shipping.

I guess my cynical view from the inside of the industry is showing.

We may be waiting for awhile for the Meridian 861 to have HDMI connectibility.

"Rumor" has it that Meridian is working to lower jitter and perhaps address some other issues, vis a vis the HDMI connector (audio) before employing it in their high-end products. Of course that's just a rumor and we know how unreliable that guy Rumor can be.
Meanwhile, I'm waiting too.
