Do they function as DVR's?
I am really not sure what I need to record onto Blu-ray.... No shows are that interesting that I want to preserve them.... Take that back, I wish I had preserved the one Nip/Tuck where Christian asked Quintin the famous 'is Chris a girl or a guy?" line just for Quintin's answer! The one line I NEVER believed I'd hear on TV, and still to this day am amazed it got passed the censors!

I assume they are DVR's since they have TV tuners, I'm sure what ever we get wouldn't have the TV tuners.
I can see a couple of uses for them, with 50G storage you could really get a lot of stuff on them & when you get a HD camcorder you could transfer a lot of HD on to a single Blu-Ray disc. |
