Question about PS3 and Blu-Ray "Profiles"
I've never heard a definitive answer to this question, so I thought I'd see if anyone here knew:
Are older PlayStation 3 units firmware-upgradeable to Blu-Ray profile 1.1? |

I have heard it is possible to upgrade the firmware to 1.1 but I have no conformation.
I know the updated firmware to allow True HD to be sent to the receiver by bit stream is coming soon. |
