Re: Best albums of the 2000's

The Vinyl version of: Wilco Sky Blue Sky , which includes a good quality pressing of the cd . Great album . I think it is one of the best albums in a long time ... Long Time. Eldar newest is also very good cd and album . The album sounds alot better then the mass pressing ! Jorma is also good. The White Stripes: Icky Thump on vinyl is worth every beat. The cd is a little to bright sounding for me but the good vinyl pressing is rich in sound . Just to name a few sounds in the 2's LUKE

Listen to the music of WEEN. Very good songwriting. Chocolate and Cheese, The Molusk (nautical/ocean themed concept record) and 12 Country Classics (with a GREAT band)...

They are from Philly and are very funny. You MUST take your time with them as they might not bowl you over. But with that said - I didn't understand Jimi Hendrix the first time I heard it. Now, I can't think of anything I would rather listen to on my new Salon2s.
