Dave C i went to High school in Arlington TX. maybe we knew each other? David D to be honest I never heard of Raw Sienna, but actually I am a fan of Kim Simmonds. Jerry D I have been accused of being way out there before. I am going to the NC mountains to trout fish for a week with my son I will check in when I get back and recover.

I agree with David D and I say the Eagles Hell Freezes over needs to come off the list because its basically a live "best of".

I know they will never make the list based on the criteria set by the judges but one of the coolest bands that has chugged along under the radar screen is CAKE. They have had a few little hits along the way but never huge sucess. In a world where there is so much boring Matchbox Maroon Dolls, Goo Goo Bush and Counting Blossoms, CAKE trully has a unique sound and style.

Its one thing to sit and reminisce about old, really good, but now boring music, but im starting this thread for people to post their favorite albums that have been released since 2000. This way people might stumble across something they missed. Music sales have rolled off alot and I think its harder to find cool new music, but it is out there.

If these Top 100 Rock Albums were all re-released as HD or Blu-ray discs, with re-mastered 24/96 stereo and 5.1 audio tracks... how many of them would you be willing to purchase?
