Van Halen Runion This Fall with David Lee Roth

I have predicted a David Lee Roth Reunion for years and that a studio album has been in the works for a long time.

I struggle to belive that Michael Anthony isn't going to be part of the band although with Wolfgang Van Halen in the band - perhaps they are even more "Van Halen". So much for loyalty to the king of the 1/4 note (anthony).

This tour, if it happens, has HUGE potential at the gate. VH's US appeal is huge as they remain a staple of classic rock radio to this day despite Roth's failure to fill the huge shoes of Howard Stern on Viacom stations.

I think it was Jay Leno last night who said, "Van Halen has scheduled two press conferences for Thursday -- one to announce their reunion tour, and one to announce it's all off."

Too bad Charles Nelson Reilly died or they could have hired him to be the opening act. This tour will be Jack Daniels and a special room to check your 'rascal'. Does Eddie ride one yet?

I saw the "boys" on VH1C last night hawking the tour. Roth either got the best hairplugz in the universe or he has a masterful toupee! CubicZ Dave inferred that they got the band right this time as though Mike A was the problem all along. It seems that he didn't want to be told who his friends are so I say cheers to him. VH, see you next year at the Central Coast Fair.

Michael Anthony is a nice guy and he got completely screwed-over on this.

He seems to be friendly to everyone including Sammy Hagar, joining him on stage once in a while.

This is probably too much for the immature remainder of the band.

Brilliant, innovative, guitarist? No question. Quality decision maker? Maybe in the next life.

I will not support this in any way shape or form. Kirk out.
