YouTube's body is a wonderland

I was just thinking about "State Trooper", a favorite track from Bruce Springsteen's Nebraska album, so I decided to look it up on YouTube. And don't you know I found cover versions by both Jarvis Cocker (of all things???) and Cold War Kids. The Cold War Kids take is especially fine -- those boys sound way wise beyond their years. Man, I love YouTube!

Unfortunately the sound quality on youtube (and similar sites) is so horrible.

The Magnificent Steve Earle covers it on Austin City Limits DVD. And although the people who put the DVD out don't know it, it's in 5.1 surround sound.
