WHO MAKES THE BEST AMP?

Anyone shopping for an amp should audition the Nuforce.. after living with it for about a week now, I can say that they will be replacing my Levinson 336.

I've been having similar success with digital amps and the Bel Canto integrated amp I have in for review. While I love my Levinson No. 433 there is something about the Bel Canto that stirs my soul. Stay tuned for that review...

I've never heard my system come this close to bringing the magic of a live performance into my room. It has that "electricity in the air" feeling you get when a concert begins and the first notes are played before the lights come up.

I've been watching Real Live Roadrunning with M. Knopfler/Emmylou Harris and the depth of the soundfield is simply stunning - layer after layer of music and detail should you want to "look" for it - but never shoved at you. The "realness" of their voices also jumps out at me.

Speed, delicacy, drive, texture, imaging, clarity, detail, smoothness... I could go on and on but I'd rather go listen some more.

I've heard great things about the Bel Canto gear too - but have no experience with it.
