Default Is this possible?

I am new to this forum so please forgive me if this is not the correct place to ask this question...

I recently purchased about 10K worth of audio equipment. Right now I have Kudos C2 speakers, a Luxman integrated amp, and a Musical Fidelity M1 Dac.

Is there any way to take the audio signal from my Panasonic TV, via hdmi or toslink, and route it into some kind of processor that will split the signal digitally into front and rear channels? I want to use the luxman, kudos, and Dac as my front channel. (The digital out put from the processor would go through the Dac.) Then I want to purchase an integrated amp or amp for the back channel and buy rear channel speakers.

Is this possible?

Thanks for your help!
