From the AVS forum, I don,t know the veracity of this description

Yup, they're the same guts as the D-Sonic M500, Wyred4Sound SX500, Bel Canto Ref 1000, Jeff Rowland Model 501, Rotel RBM-1091 and many others.

I've got the 1000ASP modules in my PS Audio GCA MC. Love em.

After reading about these amps, I'm wishing that I could've auditioned them before I bought my Anthem Statement A5. I considered Nuforce amps, but after having some problems getting a modified Monster power conditioner from them, I was left wondering about their ability to maintain high quality.

Cool I wonder if any of the magazine reviewr could write a comparative article with all the manufacturer who sell ICEPower repackaged: Rotel, Bel Canto, Rowland, D-Sonic, Seymour AV and so on.... this would give customers a better sense of what they are buying looks or sound!!

i have heard both side by side , the St 500 and 1000 Wyred 4 Sound with the WBT upgrade ,silver fuses ,and upgraded cap option for $260 uses all Michecon Muse caps ,and Copper wound Dale non inductive resistors a wonderfull upgrade which is noticably better then the D Sonix M-500 and less moneys.

I have never had the opportunity to hear these amplifiers. In fact, I had never heard of them until on this forum.
