I just installed one and I am using it for 3 HDMI sources with great success so far (knock on wood).

I have:
- Toshiba's XA2 HD DVD player
- Sony's BDP1 Blu-ray player
- DirecTV's HR21 sat receiver

ALL have worked flawlessly so far but I am still scared of needing restarts etc.

Note: I had trouble with cables until I switched to fiber optic Dtrovision HDMI. Now they work perfectly - especially over long runs. They are $$$ but worth it in my world.
