I am seeing an increasing trend of performance oriented racks.
Some POO-POO middle atlantic type racks as too flimsy and the cause of too much noise, distortion. Others have nice shelves that go into the industry standard racks.
For audiophile systems, I can ABSOLUTELY see using a MEAN rack with all of the goodies. The last thing you want in an audiophile system is vibrations that could throw your sound off with needless jitter etc...
How much would you spend on an audiophile grade rack?
Would you invest in performance oriented rack shelves for your more traditional Middle Atlantic rack?
