Weirdly enough it is going to come down to a marketing research group's findings on the effect of the war on consumers.
I think that nearly 1M ****ed off consumers will leave a bad taste in the mouth of a lot of consumers towards BOTH sides.
This wasn't a war for the consumers it was confusion and indifference. For Studios and CEs it was a war. The fact that nearly 1M consumers are being left as collateral damage does leave a bad taste in peoples mouths.
The question is how many and will to adversely affect the outcome.
