Well you could look at it that way....
or you could say that MS got what it needed (A CE to make a TV with Live) and Toshiba got what it needed to get Warners ($$$$).
If Warners says they're HD DVD bound, don't be shocked to hear about a new Toshiba TV with Live is all I'm saying.
