Bspringer, I have to agree with kenny. I`m a little stunned you had an issue like that. I just returned my daughters Nano that she bought a year ago at the Best Buy in Poughkeepsie. They entered all info in the computer, asked me what the problem was, and that was it. Told me that Apple does not make that Nano anymore, and gave me the new one with video, sweet. I had the 19.95 replacement contract on it.
I would think CC, would do even more for a DEFECTIVE piece of electronics. Makes no sense. I would follow kenny`s advice and see what fruit it brings. Talk with mamagement, not employees.
