I know of a company who has yet to come to market who has an Audessey solution that is as easy (a major plus, I might add) but is full range and far more specific in its setup. It doesn't require a trained tech to calibrate your room.

The external box is $3,500 so it is NOT cheap but can do 7.1 with ease.
